Overcoming Addiction
Just like anything, you have this epiphany moment
where you realize that if you continue this behavior I would
end up with conditions that you had no desire to have like
Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, etc that could be prevented
by controlling your addiction. You have made it the part
where I educate you on the steps I took to help me overcome
this addiction. I know if I can do it, you can too.
